My meal (Kitchen Sink burger with fries) was very underwhelming overall. Despite the burger being completely charred, it was virtually room temperature and my fries were cold. Although only one other table was occupied, it still took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. I've had bad food here before, but figured I'd give them a second chance as the first time was almost a year ago. For their food prices, there are many better options available in the area.

Walked in skeptical after reading some of the previous reviews. WRONG!! Went right to seats and immediately ordered drinks, appetizer and meals. We all totally enjoyed our meals and each other's. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. Great that kids eat for 99 cents on Sundays too. Definitely would recommend Garfield's. We'll be back again!!

Imagine a restaurant with skis on the wall along with other exotic memorabilia. There's paper tablecloth on the tables, and the same of your waitress is written on it using crayolas. You are surrounded by 70 year old retirees taking a break from people watching. All this to the beat of techno and Eminem music coming from the kitchen, as cooks and waitresses loudly discuss their evening plans. Reasonable prices, aside from the fact that sodas were $2.30, which it is steep even with free refills. We shared a combo platter. Food was exactly what you'd expect from a mall restaurant: average in every possible way. Nothing you'd crave, but if you need a break from shopping it'll do. I cannot imagine anybody going out of their way to go there... Tip: They do have a bar area, so if you need a drink (or two) while your significant other is spending your money at the mall, this is the place.

Hard to even give Garfields a star because we never even ate there. Drove in to town for an event and was very tired. Took my son and 2 of his friends there for a quick dinner close to the hotel. Boy were we wrong. We were given a wait time of 15-20 minutes even though there were at least 8 empty tables. When I questioned them they said there was a kitchen hold because they got backed up. Finally got our table 25 minutes later and waited 10 minutes to order drinks. After waiting 10+ minutes for our drinks and talking to the women at the table next to us, who were waiting 20 minutes to get their change from paying the bill, we decided we were out of there. DO NOT go to this restaurant, they claimed they were busy, they had at least 15 people working the dining room and no one could get anything right. People were walking out. What a joke

Excellent dinner or my husband an our 2 young daughters. We were in and out in under an hour. The food was delicious and we all nearly ate everything we got, until we were stuffed!!! We were pleasantly greeted at the door upon walking in and immediately seated. Our waitress immediately then greeted us and took the girls orders since they knew what they wanted and our drinks. Shortly after placing our orders the girls food came right out. Shortly followed by our app and then salads and meals! Stephanie did a great job of keeping everyone's drinks filled at all times. Our table was visited by several staff members, manager included to deliver good and check our how things were. I am very pleased with this visit, as our last visit was not very good for a first, but we LOVED all our service and food. We will be back and recommend to others.

Quite mediocre food (I ate the bourbon chicken) but with exceptional service. The place has a nice personality and extremely affordable prices for the massive portions you receive. My boyfriend really enjoyed his All-American Burger, however, so I would definitely return to this place and try something else out on the menu when I am back in the area.

Think Applebees with sports theme. Could have done without the gossipy complaining waitstaff sitting at a nearby table.

The food here hit the spot but largely indistinguishable from Applebee's or Ruby Tuesday. If you're around the mall and don't want walk-up fast food, this is a wholly acceptable alternative but nothing work going out of your way for. Though my pasta dish was very tasty, chicken pesto something.

Nice Place, away from the students and their noise, excellent service from nice and smiley waitress majority of the customers are families with their kids, elderly food is soo good with excellent price and they offer happy day Sunday when kids up to 12 eat for free the whole day Really I recommend it for all families

I like this place, always have. I can say I've never had a bad meal here. Let me start off with the good stuff first. My food was excellent. The chicken Alfredo was extremely tasty. The Provolone Cheese sticks had great flavor. The Chocolate mountain had the perfect ratio of cake to ice cream. What makes this 4/5 is the service. We went in, talked to the hostess, got sat at a bizarrely laid out table. When we asked about the 1/2 price appetizer and drink specials that were advertised with big signs in the windows, we were informed that that special was only for the bar. This honestly kinda put me off for the whole meal. I was sitting on the other side of a glass panel, and they wouldn't give the special to us. This is not very family oriented or family friendly. I think this was just a bad policy, and honestly will make me think twice about coming back anytime soon.

The food is what you would expect and it is reasonably priced. But the service! And I don't think I can entirely blame the server. I am beginning to think that they are being trained badly. DONT ask me to cut into my meat the minute you set it in front of me. Go away and come back. I will let you know if something is wrong then. DO bring my appetizer BEFORE my meal. Not along with. AND NOT seconds before. Make the kitchen do its job so you get a proper tip. Not everyone has a back round like me to know that it is not your fault. DO NOT ask me if I want change! It is rude! DO keep my glass filled. And please pull your hair back and take the fake nails and nail polish and rings off so I can fool myself into thinking that maybe you at least washed your hands my children are safe when eating the food you brought to our table. ServSafe 101 people.
